TERMS OF SERVICE

A travel fee is charged if you are located more than 15 miles one direction from our starting point. There will be a $15 flat fee for anything 30 miles round trip & $.65 per mile will be added to anything over 30 miles to the final balance of the party. If our travel to you & back is less than 30 miles round trip no travel fee is added. Please understand we are a mobile party service & are packing up all of our supplies to come to you, so the travel fee is helping us get to you to put on your party!

Gratuity is NOT included in the spa party pricing & is always appreciated to your party hostesses for a job well done!

Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 7 guests, that includes the birthday Diva and a MAXIMUM of 10 guests. Parties smaller than 7 will still be charged for the minimum of 7 guests. We suggest that you ask your guests to RSVP at least one week in advance to confirm their attendance. If  your reserved guests for your party don’t show up, you will not be refunded for your deposit paid but will not be charged for the remaining cost of the guests who didn’t attend.

Our party packages cover only the guest of honor & their guests. Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities.

Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out and any child arriving late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party and your understanding is appreciated.

The party hostess is responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.

Our parties include the Spa Robe and headband rentals. The children do not get undressed and we asked that the girls come prepared wearing light weight clothing and we ask that all the children bring a pair of Flip Flops with them to ensure that their nail polish doesn’t get messed up.

We ask that the parent(s) of the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to possible needs of the children. The parents of guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the hostess.

If the weather is fitting, you may take the party outdoors to a clean, non-­grassy, non­-dirt area such as a patio, deck, or garage. The children will not be permitted to go into grassy or dirt areas while in attire and accessories provided by Diva Girls Spa Parties. Please be aware that Diva Girls Spa Parties will not be responsible for applying sunscreen or insect repellent on children. Client may be responsible for damage caused to costumes from these products. We reserve the right to determine if the outdoor area is suitable for our equipment. In addition, please have an indoor back ­up location available to accommodate all guests in case of inclement weather conditions. Remember that children may not want to dress up and may not enjoy the party as much if it is hot outside. Please advice Diva Girls Spa Parties of the possibility of an outdoor party in advance.

In the case that some children do have allergic reactions to items we may be using, we ask that when sending out invites to your guests, please ask the parents if their child does have specific allergies to anything & make note of them so we can be sure to avoid those products with that child.

In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Diva Girls Spa Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is only half refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an alternate date.

Once your party is booked and the deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed one time. Based on availability, we will gladly work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. If you decide to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Please allow ample space in your driveway or in front of your home for us to park, as we will have heavy items to carry into your home. In case of rain or snow, entrance through a covered garage would be greatly appreciated!

Diva Girls LLC, its owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies relating to food items, clothing, or make­up, injuries to party guests, or property damage. Our event planners can assure you we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests, and will treat your home like a “royal palace”.

We understand that accidents can happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes & property of Diva Girls Spa Parties.

Diva Girl Spa Parties reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Diva Girl Spa Parties. As a customer of Diva Girl Spa Parties, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Diva Girl Spa Parties for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests. If requested, Diva Girl Spa Parties can email the photo or photos to you before publishing on the website.

For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our costumes, we kindly ask that any food and beverages be served after our activities comes to an end. Although we understand accidents may happen, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage to Diva Girls Spa Parties property.

Diva Girls Spa Parties has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agree to our policies before signing the Party Agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
